The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adylbek Kasymaliev held an extended meeting to discuss the draft National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2030. The press service of the Cabinet of Ministers reported.
According to it, this strategic document at the national level determines the path of the country’s medium-term development and serves as the basis for state policy.
«The main mission of the program is to create appropriate decent conditions for our citizens and improve their well-being. The document determines four development vectors, which, taking into account the country’s competitive advantages, opportunities and global trends, are aimed at increasing the country’s competitiveness: industrialization, regional hub, agriculture and tourism, green energy,» the head of the Cabinet emphasized.
During the meeting, the Minister of Economy and Commerce Bakyt Sydykov spoke about the main areas of the draft program. The document includes the following sections: spiritual and moral development, development vectors, support for small and medium-sized businesses, development of the financial market, digitalization, social development, public administration, development of the legal system, foreign policy and national security, resilience to climate change and management of program implementation.
